Hi, I’m Megan (my friends call me Meg). I am a Functional Nutritionist (NTP), + Restorative Wellness Practitioner (RWP). I believe food is a truly powerful tool when it comes to optimizing our health. Think about it - every cell, tissue, + enzyme in our body is made up of the food we eat - the structure + function of cells depend on the nutrients in your diet! Foods are our building blocks.

Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all, thus I focus on the health goals + bio-individual nutrition needs of each unique client. I utilize nutrient-dense, well-sourced whole foods, lifestyle recommendations, functional labs, + quality supplements in my practice.

Together, we will collaborate + take a root cause approach to your health + nutrition, allowing us to dive deep into your health in ways other practitioners do not. As we work toward optimal health + achieving homeostasis in your body, we will explore your goals, health history + current diet, identify blocking factors + imbalances to correct, + work to restore function when there is dysfunction.
